My Story

I am Anush, a passionate RD! I received my Bachelors's in Family and Consumer Sciences from California State University, Northridge. Then I was lucky to be matched to my first internship choice "Wellness Workdays." After earning my credentials, I started working at ADHC centers as a consultant dietitian. Nutrition is my passion but my entrepreneurial spirit led me to pursue an MBA to gain knowledge in business management, especially marketing. Back in the internship, my concentration rotation of  Communications and Marketing taught me how to write press releases, create a marketing campaign, and participate in professional business meetings. I have learned to create social media posts including but not limited to blog articles, Instagram posts, and tweets. I have learned how to respond to consumers' questions and media requests effectively. Finally, I developed my leadership skills by creating an educational presentation on "The Role of Whole Foods Plant-Based Diets in the Prevention of Chronic Diseases." This has motivated me to spread my knowledge and help people and companies so that the amazing benefits of plant-based diets will be known to the masses.
